A few miles north of DownTown Los Angeles puts you right in the middle of the city with easy access in all directions. The available room(s) are both downstairs, each has a bathroom and very private. My son and I live upstairs. One room has a King bed and attached bathroom. The other room is small with a comfortable, roomy queen bed and a bathroom just across from it. There is a small separate lounge and kitchen area too.
This is our home and as such the rules are quiet and no smoking. The kitchen is a full kitchen but we request you keep cooking to basics only and no frying, baking or other complicated cooking techniques as the area is shared. The room is in a private part of the house and only shares part of the time. There is an extra Television. We request no partying, loud music and especially there is no smoking in or around the house as we are located on a hillside and therefore has a higher fire danger.
