Apartment on 2 floors. an exit on each floor. Spacious, bright, fully equipped, with terrace. I share my life between the countryside and the city. there are two rentable rooms including the one I offer here, from May 2025 In the center of all activities. 5 minutes walk from the St-Laurent and Sherbrooke metro stations. Well insulated. Located on a quiet street. Very nice view of the city, we are on the 5th floor. I am retired. I worked in the film industry. I have two nationalities, French and Canadian.
No visitors after 10pm. No noise after 10pm. We do not cook in the room. In the room, there is a Nini fridge and a coffee maker, you can have breakfast there. In the kitchen, upstairs, an entire fridge is at your disposal. You put away what you used where you found it and in the condition you found it. Anything that is broken or damaged is replaced or repaired. You ensure the cleaning of your room and your bathroom and you take care to wash the sheets at least every 15 days. The common areas are maintained by myself. Everything is offered, towels, sheets, blankets, iron ... etc. it is forbidden to smoke in the apartment, tobacco or illicit products. No animals are allowed. We do not like people soaked in alcohol who disturb others. (there will be 2 people in the apartment at all times).I will be there for a few days but when I come, I must be respected, I am at home.
