There are 2 of us at home. Activities we like: Cultural activities and trips. We have lived in different European countries and have been hosting European and American students for 10 years. María works in Madrid in a Tourism company. Our house is located in an urbanization in Pozuelo de Alarcón, we have a beautiful private pool and garden with fruit trees. The house is 285 meters and you would have a single room and bathroom. The months from October to March have a monthly increase of 150 euros for heating costs. The bus stop is a 3-minute walk from the house, and has a connection with buses that reach the center of Madrid.

Respect between the people who share the house, the cost per day for possible visitors or personal guests is 35 Eur per person. The minimum length of stay is 1 month
