You are welcome to use the kitchen. We will give you a key to the house. The neighborhood is mature and residential. We close to the light rail and it will take you to downtown. When Tom is home, he will make you pancakes, muffins, coffeecake or eggs.
Turn off the lights when you are not using them. No smoking. Take off your shoes in the house. Take short showers. Have fun
