We live in a 3 bedrooms townhouse complex near Surrey Central City. We have one daughter attending university and a cat. Beside english we speak Spanish at home. We are offering one bedroom with a full size bed; closet and a desk. We are walking distance to skytrain; grocery store; parks and Surrey SFU university. ** We have a maximum of 90 nights but, it could be extended.

- The guest is expected to help keep the shared bathroom clean, do her dishes, and keep her own room clean. We would also like help keeping the kitchen floor clean. Non smoker.
