I live in a large detached house on its own grounds in the foothills of the Dublin mountains, one minute walk from the picturesque village of Stepaside. I live with 2 of my adult children. We are all very easy-going and welcoming. We have a separate kitchen and living area and separate entrance door, so the guest end of the house will have its own privacy.
Make yourself at home and go with the flow. Be security conscious by locking the doors coming and going. For the comfort of all guests no visitors are allowed. Consider others and keep everything clean. If a room is booked for 2 persons, and one leaves, then the remaining guest will then be charged the single occupancy rate.
