We are a couple married 27 years, have two adult children who live in another city. My husband is retired and I am enjoying renting houses (2) throughout the year (especially in summer), we have always liked to share with people even more now that we are alone. The house consists of a living-dining room, four bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom and front garden with terrace, the house is located at the edge of the strip .... at a spa called The TABO V region of Chile, is one block Beach, we have a beautiful view in the afternoon sunset seen from the terrace and from the bedrooms, usually it is very quiet, many vacationers arrive in summer it is still quiet.

No smoking inside the house, no problem to smoke outside on the terrace. We can not accept pets ... I have two dogs in the house and one outside, all small breed (collected) and two kittens, all with good manners and very clean.
