Comfortable friendly home. Room has a double bed, built in robes, all linen provided. Clean and bright. Wifi access. Use of laundry. Separate shower room. Stay with friendly host. Close to transport with easy access to Melbourne CBD (approx 45 minutes by train to the city and 30 minutes by car) and surrounds, Brighton Beach and shops. *I don't provide meals but you can possibly use the kitchen for cooking. Best to discuss your cooking requirements in request*

Questions to be answered when wanting to make a booking - •How long have you been in the country? •Have you had or have you any symptoms of Covid-19? •Have you been in contact with anyone with symptoms of Covid-19? •Are you happy to abide by my house rules with regards to staying safe? 1. If kitchen is used for cooking/light breakfast, guests must clean up afterwards and put dishes in dishwasher if appropriate. 2. Entry is by back gate which must remain closed at all times (dog). 3. No smoking in house (backyard is okay). 4. Be respectful of other guests staying at same time. No loud music.
