I am a language instructor at the university, and an educational travel curator. This home is open to students and professionals from any country of the world. House is located just a few blocks from UPENN, Drexel, and the University of Sciences. Trolley and bus stop just half a block in Baltimore Avenue. This is a multilingual and multicultural house. I have been living in University City for over 15 years, and I love the neighborhood. I can offer ways to get around the city and some tips on good places to eat.

HOUSE RULES 1 Breakfast not included: 2. Clean up after yourself in the kitchen. 3. Keep food on the ground floor. 4. Turn out lights and anything electrical when leaving your room. 5. Laundry: once a week. 6. Clean bathroom after showering 7. Lock the main door when you come in or go out. 8. Please, don't light candles/inciense 9. Smoking is not allowed 10. Fifteen days notice prior leaving , canceling or extending stays.
