I reside in a comfortable three-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment situated in the heart of the city. The proximity is quite convenient, with the University of Arkansas just a brisk 15-minute walk away. My brother and I are both dedicated Ph.D. students. We've thoughtfully arranged a welcoming, fully furnished bedroom for a guest. The guest room has a private bathroom.
