We are a family of animal lovers. We have a very adorable little Chihuahua and a Sphynx cat. We live a four-minute walk from the City of Arts and Sciences. We love going for walks, cycling, reading, going to the movies, and going to the gym. We love cooking and hosting guests so we can share our language and culture.

Respect is essential for a good coexistence, as are order and cleanliness. Love for animals. Smoking is allowed in the dining area on the balcony. Payment must be made in cash on the day and time of arrival. Visitors are not allowed. On the day of checkout, you must vacate the room by 12:00 pm. We have a surveillance camera in the hallway. Please notify us in advance if you wish to have a meal. If the house keys are lost, you will be charged for a copy, or you can make one yourself.
