Our home is located in a quiet, family-friendly suburban neighborhood in Conyers, just 2 minutes from the major highway for easy access to surrounding areas. You'll also find a variety of shops, restaurants, and everyday conveniences just a short drive away. We are a small, welcoming household, and we enjoy hosting guests from different backgrounds. The available room is a private bedroom, ideal for travelers looking for a peaceful and relaxing stay, whether it’s a short visit or a longer stay. The room is furnished with a comfortable bed, a desk for work or study, cable TV, Wi-Fi, and basic toiletries to make your stay convenient and pleasant. Guests are welcome to enjoy the cozy shared living room and outdoor patio area, perfect for unwinding after a busy day. DO’s (House Rules to Follow): Do respect quiet hours: Quiet time is from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM daily. Do clean up after yourself in all shared spaces (kitchen, bathroom, living room, etc.). Do lock the doors and secure the property when entering or leaving. Do report any damages or maintenance issues immediately. Do keep personal belongings confined to your rented space. Do be courteous and respectful to all household members and neighbors. Do use headphones for loud music or phone calls in shared areas. Do take out your trash regularly and dispose of it properly. DON’Ts (Prohibited Behavior): No smoking of any kind (including vaping) inside the home. No illegal substances or criminal activity allowed on the property. No parties, gatherings, or loud noise at any time. No visitors or overnight guests are permitted under any circumstances. No pets allowed. No rearranging furniture or hanging items on the walls. No use of candles, incense, or open flames in the room. No long-term food storage in the bedroom (to prevent pests). No access to restricted areas of the home (garage, storage rooms, etc.).
