Our house located in a quiet area, very family oriented with all amenities, restaurants, shopping centre, swimming pool, library, post office, pharmacy, library... It is 30 mn from Trinity College/ city centre and 30mn from UCD ( bus 17, 18, 44, 77, 83, 122, 123, 150, etc). 2 single bedrooms available. They share their bathroom with electric shower and laundry facilities. The living area has underfloor heating, the house is recently renovated and extended, with a stylish interior decor. It is comfortable, bright and spacious.
Smoking is not allowed in the house and gardens. Please keep our home secure and lock doors and windows when leaving the house. Respect our neighbours and neighbourhood. You can use the kitchen,crockery and dishes but please clean up after yourself. And please ask how to use the appliances before using, thanks The guest bathroom is shared, so please leave clean and tidy after using. No pets allowed. Please do not bring strangers into our home. If you would like to invite a friend over, please ask first. We are happy to host and welcome you, hoping to.make you feel as comfortable as in your own house. And ask you treat our home with the same respect. General quietness in the house after 10pm.
