I speak English, Spanish, French and Italian, which allows me to communicate with people from around the world. I would be happy to welcome you in the second bedroom (with a REAL and FULL single-size bed) and a private bathroom of my apartment (there are 2 bedrooms; I live in the other bedroom), located in Aventura, between Miami and Fort Lauderdale; ONLY a 15 minute walk from Aventura Mall shops and restaurants and a 5 minute Uber drive from the beach. This is a single bed bedroom with a large closet and blackout shades. There is a private bathroom next to it. We would share the living room and kitchen. This is for ONE gracious, positive, tidy and peaceful person (preferably a female). Non-smoking. No couples, No overnight guests or parties. Let's share a peaceful, pleasant and respectful living environment. :-) The building is very pleasant and offers two large pools, a gym and is located close to food/grocery store/supermarket, hair salon, cafes, a park, a very nice waterfront walking path and the famous Aventura Mall shopping center. It is a 5-minute ride to/from the beach. Please note that half of a month for security deposit (reimbursed at the end) and 50% of the rent will be due at the time of booking, the balance can be provided on the move-in day. A local free Aventura bus stops in front of the building and the Freebee app allows to order a car ride for free if the ride takes place in Aventura. Also the Brightline train station in Aventura connects to downtown Miami in 18 minutes and to Downtown Fort Lauderdale in 15 minutes.

I would only welcome a female / lady who is friendly and preferably quiet. I sometimes work from home and sometimes at the office as I work as a real estate agent. I also teach French on the side. I love meeting new people from various countries and cultural backgrounds. I speak French, English, Spanish and Italian. Please send me a video message to learn more about you :-) I would prefer to host a guest who is welcome to cook in the shared kitchen, except for meat (If you really wish to cook meat, I would kindly ask you to bring your own cooking pan and plates). There are buses nearby and a free Tesla car transportation service in Aventura (app is Freebee). Below are some house and payment rules: - Payment Method: Please send a bank wire (the information will be confirmed to you later) for 50% of the total amount of your stay at the time of booking and the balance (the amount that is still due) on the day of your arrival (on top of the 15% service fee paid to Homestay.com). - Cleaning fee and deposit: There is a $80 cleaning fee and a deposit due at time of arrival (the deposit equals to 50% of the cost of the stay, which will be refunded after the guest leaves if the room and bathroom are left clean). - Cancellation Policy: I ask my guest to give me at least 7 days’ notice/message for any cancellation. Any cancellation later than this will not be refunded. - House rules: We all remove our shoes when coming into the apartment. I am a warm and friendly person who prefers to share my apartment with a tidy, respectful, nice and quiet person. I do not have pets... I only have orchids :) Smoking is not allowed indoors. Please keep the home secure and lock doors and windows when leaving the house. Pull the bedroom window shades slowly when necessary. Feel free to use the kitchen but please clean-up after yourself. Feel free to use the two building pools and the gym/ weight room; I would be glad to show you where they are. No pets are allowed inside. Please do not bring other people into the home. If you would like to invite a friend over, please ask me first. Please respect the home but feel comfortable. Treat it as your own house for the duration of your stay. Also, please keep quiet after 10 pm. Thank you!
