I live by myself (no kids/pets) in a clean home, located in a nice quiet neighborhood in the center of the Tampa Bay area. I'm renting a Private Room & Bathroom Furnished; living/dining/kitchen/laundry and community amenities are available. FYI I only rent to women with no pets

Feel free to use the kitchen but please clean up after. Please do not invite strangers into our home, if you would like to invite a friend over please discuss it with me in advance. No drugs or alcohol, and no boyfriends/girlfriends or parties at home. Please enjoy your stay and treat our house as you would your own home.
