Shwmae, Konnichiwa! We’re a friendly, inclusive household of four women aged 27, 27, 49, and 59, and we’re on the lookout for a fifth housemate to join our little family! Our home is a cozy, LGBTQIA+-affirming space filled with warmth, shared values, and a love of small animals—so a fellow cat lover is a must! We each bring something unique to our space, creating a comfortable, supportive environment where everyone can feel at ease, safe, and respected. With experience in supporting international students and providing homestay, we’re ready to help make your time here as welcoming as possible. If you’re looking for a homestay where you’ll find friendship and good company, then we’d love to meet you. The two oldies of the house are not at home very often, as we live and work in Mid Wales. We have excellent WiFi, Four minute train journey to Cardiff University/walking distance from Cardiff Met. Who we are looking for: Professionals, postgraduates, and students.
No Pets No Smoking No use of drugs No Couples Guests are responsible for their front door key. Guests must lock the front door on leaving and entering the the house. Guests will be charged for losing their key. All windows to be closed on leaving the house. We respectfully request no smoking inside the house. No shoes worn inside the house either. We'd ask you to observe 'quiet time' from 11.00 pm. You will have use of the kitchen area, including access to laundry, fridge and cupboard space. Please clean up after yourself and only eat food in the kitchen/dining area and not in your bedroom. All items must be recycled properly and you will be expected to contribute to household cleaning chores. Payment is paid directly into our bank account on the day of arrival.

Small Bedroom, Double Bed, Stepped back from the rest of upstairs, no wall a joining other bedrooms within the house. Window that over looks the back garden.
