I mostly work from home on my growing business. I'm also a traveling hair & makeup artist for ads & campaigns, with a very cute hypoallergenic British Shorthair kitty. Easygoing, tidy, organized, and open to sharing my space!
General House Rules: 1. Respect and Privacy: - Always knock before entering another's room. - Respect each other's privacy and personal space. 2. Cleanliness and Tidiness: - Keep common areas clean and tidy. - Clean up after yourself immediately, especially in the kitchen and bathroom. - Dispose of trash and recycling properly. 3. Noise Levels: - Keep noise to a minimum, especially during late-night and early-morning hours (there are neighbors below) . - Use headphones for music or TV if it's before or after hours 4. Guest Policy: - Inform each other in advance if you plan to have guests. - No overnight guests without prior consent 5. Shared Responsibilities: - Share household chores, such as cleaning common areas, taking out the trash, etc. 6. Use of Common Areas: - Respect each other's time in the bathroom and kitchen. - Clean and put away any dishes or utensils you use. 7. Pets: - Your pet must be hypoallergenic (I have asthma and am allergic to non-hypoallergenic pets). - Pets must be house-trained. - Pets must be able to co-exist peacefully with Baloo, my hypoallergenic British Shorthair cat. - Clean up after your pet and ensure it does not damage any property. 8. Security: - Lock the doors and windows when leaving the house. - Do not give out keys or access codes to anyone without prior agreement. Payment Policy: Payment Method: Please note that I require guests to pay 50% of the booking to hold the room, the remaining balance will be due upon arrival of the booking- Banking details will be informed after confirming the booking online. Cancellation Policy: I ask that guest gives at least 7 days notice for any cancellation. Any cancellation later than this deposit will not be refunded.

This room has a Queen size bed and a desk. The closet includes a cabinet for towels, toiletries, or clothes, with minimal hanging space. I can remove the cabinet or clear storage above for more space if needed. The apartment features central AC
