I’m offering a private room in my 3-bedroom, 1.5-bathroom condo. You’ll have your own bedroom and share the bathroom. It would just be you and me, and my boyfriend spends the night sometimes. There is a shared living room on the first floor with a fireplace and large couch. I speak English, and my boyfriend speaks Bosnian, Croatian, and German. A little about me, I work as an accountant and also teach accounting at a local college. Outside of work, I enjoy staying active, cooking, reading and spending time with my boyfriend, friends, and family. I keep my home clean and organized and offer a comfortable, welcoming environment.

1. Respect & Cleanliness Please keep shared spaces tidy and clean up after yourself in the kitchen, living room, and bathroom. No shoes on carpeted areas if possible. 2. Quiet Hours Out of respect for work schedules, quiet hours are from 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM. 3. Guests Overnight guests are not permitted unless you let the host know in advance Visitors are welcome occasionally but must be respectful and not disruptive. (text message with a heads up is fine) 4. Kitchen Use You are welcome to use the kitchen—please wash dishes and wipe counters after use. Label your food items in the fridge/pantry if needed. 5. Laundry Washer/dryer is available for personal use. Please don’t leave clothes unattended for long periods. 6. Safety & Security Lock the doors, your bedroom, and windows when entering or leaving the condo. No smoking, vaping, or recreational drugs on the property. Candles or open flames are not to be left unattended. 7. Parking Please use your designated parking spot or street parking as instructed. 8. Respectful Living Treat neighbors with courtesy; they are quiet and respectful. Communication is key—if something comes up, let’s talk about it.
