Welcome to our home! This is an ESL Teacher’s Homestay. We love to host visitors and international students for short term or long term. We’ve 2 bedrooms in the main. 2 single rooms Shared 2 bathrooms, living room and kitchen. Female home. This is a 10 years old house. Fairly new. Great neighborhood. Very rich with trees. Warm, safe and convenient area. Lots of great restaurants within walking distance. We can do groceries together once a week. Metrotown mall and station is a 5 minute-drive from here. Make yourselves at home. Clean and safe living environment for the mind, body and soul. Shared living room, kitchen and bathroom. Encourage open communication and clean up after oneself. Love to do activities together as a family. Support and encourage each other. No loud party, smoking, or drugs. No guests overnight. Be considerate of others’ privacy and keep noise to a minimum after 10pm. Thank you for respecting and loving our home. Booking confirmation: For our record only. We’ll require your credit card information as a security deposit to reserve your reservation for you. Or you can choose to pay $450 as your deposit via PayPal. Full payment is collected at check in.
