Huge walk-in closet, and another closet as well. Huge yard with small Koi fish pond, large fire pit area, big deck, washer and dryer. Close to PennState Altoona and only 35 mins to State College. Full access to house including a sewing room and fully stocked seperate craft room. 2 small breed pups to greet you everyday upon your return. I am a single professional who is looking for the same to share space.
You are a guest in my home and I am happy to have you :) There is no maid service unfortunatly, so I am firm on requiring guests to be responsible for their space and cleaning up after themselves in a timely manner. For long term stays this will include the washing of your linens that are provided, dusting and vacuming of your own space. Quickly removing garbage and cleaning your own dishes used. I will ask that you are diligent in reading and following all the rules in the home manual which you will find in your space upon check-in. You, will also find additional guidelines in each space visibly posted as I am firm on these requirements. I require a 30-day notice if you intend to extend, if not I cannot guarentee that the space will be available. Pets- NO CATS Limited to small caged animals or a friendly small breed dog, as I have 2 furry resident dogs living in my property. Your dog cannot be left in your space if you are not home. My yard is not fenced so you would need to keep your pet leashed and with you at all times as the road can be busy at certain times of day. Any damage caused by your animals will be accessed an additional pet fee. You are responsible for any dog waste clean-up Prior notificationfor any overnight guests. Any guests staying more than 2 nights may require a additional fee to be paid. I do not offer Transportation nor babysitting services. A valid form of identification is required upon checking in as well as about 20 mins to go over the house rules and answer any question
