You will enjoy comfortable temperatures thanks to a new HVAC system and large windows with UV blocking roller shades. This peaceful retreat boasts a newly renovated ensuite bathroom and its own separate entrance, complete with a charming small porch. You'll have access to the kitchen for light meal preparation only. We kindly ask all guests to be extremely mindful and clean during their stay, as this is non-negotiable. Please observe quiet hours between 9 PM and 9 AM. On-street parking is available with a visitor's permit, which we can provide. Our home is nestled in the vibrant and trendy Columbia Heights neighborhood, known for its hip restaurants, lively bars, and diversity. You'll be just a 10-minute walk from the Columbia Heights Metro station, making it incredibly easy to explore the city. Plus, the popular U Street corridor and other trendy areas are just a pleasant 20-minute walk or one metro stop away.
